Detailing
Interior brought back to factory. Mobile or in-shop.
Premium interior detail — deep extraction, stain and pet-hair removal, full surface conditioning. Optional 1- or 2-year ceramic-grade interior protection prevents the next round of staining and fade.
Why interior work is different
Most cars get washed. Few get detailed. The exterior is what owners see; the interior is where they live. A premium detail addresses the surfaces that take the actual wear — the bolster on the driver’s seat, the steering-wheel rim, the carpet under the pedals, the cupholder you forgot about. Done right, the cabin smells, looks, and feels like the car was new again.
The five things a real detail buys you
- Appearance. Leather goes from chalky to supple. Carpet returns to its original tone. Plastic dashes lose their dust-grey haze.
- Comfort. Allergens, dust, and embedded dirt come out with the extraction water. The cabin is materially cleaner to breathe in.
- Durability. Leather conditioner, fabric protectant, vinyl protectant, and glass protectant slow the next round of damage.
- Air quality. The vents, the headliner, and the carpet hold months of road air. Steam clean and extraction reset the baseline.
- Resale value. Interior condition is the single largest factor in a private sale, behind the odometer. A detailed cabin photographs and inspects measurably better.
The protection add-on, in plain language
The add-on is a ceramic-grade protectant — not a wax, not a spray-and-wipe. It bonds to leather, plastic, carpet, cloth, and glass and resists staining, fade, and cracking for the warranty term. Coffee that would have stained a cloth seat now sits on top long enough to towel off. UV that would have bleached a leather bolster gets reflected.
Step by step, measured at every stage.
- 01
Vacuum and crevice.
Pull every loose fragment out of carpet, mats, vents, and seat tracks. The wet stages don't move dirt; they fix it in place. So the dry pass has to be thorough first.
- 02
Shampoo cloth and carpet.
Hot-water extraction with the right chemistry for the upholstery. Stains pre-treated with the appropriate solvent, then pulled out — not blotted in.
- 03
Leather and surface care.
Conditioner on leather seats, dash, and door cards. Trim and plastics dressed at a satin finish, not glossed. Over-glossing reads as cheap and attracts dust.
- 04
Glass and chrome.
Streak-free interior and exterior glass, chrome polished. Glass is what passengers see when they ride in your car — it gets the most attention.
- 05
Headliner and pillars.
Cleaned without saturating. Saturating a headliner is how it sags six months later — moisture pulls the foam backing away from the cloth.
- 06
Final wipe-down.
Doors, jambs, and console hit one more time. Air pressure across the dash to clear vacuum-sprayed lint. The car leaves smelling clean, not perfumed.
